Ann’s yoga practice started in 2015 to compliment her fast-paced, muscle-strengthening spin classes at the Clinton County YMCA. She continued a once weekly routine of gentle yoga classes focusing on basic asana (poses) and breath for two years. She was excited when new yoga studios and more advanced classes came to Clinton County! Once realizing there is much more to yoga than the physical practice, Ann jumped into yoga teacher training in 2018 – at 12 weeks pregnant! Pre- and Post-natal benefits were the driving force in learning the mindful and meditative aspects of yoga, as well as in-depth breath and postures. She is eager to teach this yogi community while continuing to learn and grow along with them. Off the mat, you’ll find Ann spending time with her husband, Brian and their children.
