Cindy has been practicing yoga since 2013. She was encouraged to try hot yoga with a friend and quickly became hooked. Since then she has been steadily practicing and became 200 hour RYT certified in June 2018. It was through teacher training that Cindy realized how much yoga has benefitted her mentally and spiritually (in addition to physically). She finds herself being more aware of the present and worrying less about the past and the future. It’s this message she hopes to bring to others both on and off the mat.
Cindy has three children, two granddaughters and two fur babies. She enjoys spending time with her family, reading, traveling, and taking on projects around the house. After 35 years with the federal government, she is very excited to start sharing her love of yoga with the Four community.
