Lauren FloydInstructor

    Lauren first discovered yoga in 2012 as a counterpart to weightlifting. In 2013 she suffered a life altering accident which left her physical abilities limited throughout recovery. Yoga became the bridge Lauren needed physically to see her through this transition. In 2018 she attended a New Years Day Mala and from there her practice shifted from the physical to a much deeper, more personal and spiritual level than ever before. From there Lauren pursued her 200hr RYT certification through Yoga Core and More in O’Fallon IL.
    Lauren teaches a fun and powerful vinyasa class; creating strength and body awareness through breath and movement. Off her mat Lauren is a hybrid athlete, doggie mom of 2, animal advocate, plant-based eater and a lover of exploring the outdoors. She brings confidence, energy and personal appreciation for just how amazing our bodies truly are. Come grab a class with her and find out!
